Get Back to the Basics on Sunday Nights

What is the gospel? What does the Bible teach about baptism, the Lord’s Supper, and the church? How do we pray, read Scripture, discover our spiritual gifts, and handle what God has entrusted to us? These are not beginner questions — they are the questions every believer must be able to answer with clarity and confidence. Join us on Sunday nights as Pastor Mark leads us through Back to the Basics, a sermon series returning to the foundations that hold everything else in the Christian life together. Invite a friend and bring your Bible on Sunday evenings this summer as we go back to what matters most.

This month, we’re collecting TOY ITEMS, such as soccer balls with pumps, toy cars, small stuffed animals, small dolls, small musical instruments, marbles and jacks, yo-yos, to pack our OCC shoeboxes. Please remember we’re collecting for age groups 2-4 years, 5-9 years, and 10-14 years. Place them in the giant shoebox collection bin in the Welcome Center.

JOY Group will be taking a break for summer, but will return on Wednesday, September 2. We can’t wait to see you then!

Anyone 50-years-young and up is welcome to come and have a little fun and fellowship with God’s family on the first  Wednesday of the month at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall.
